Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I have borders in my Openoffice Spreadsheets (Calc) document. These boarders have a default thickness of 0.05 pt. If I change it to 0.50 pt I would expect the borders lines to become thicker on screen, but it does not. When I look at the print preview, everything is as I expect it to be and when I create a PDF file, the lines are at correct thickness.
I have noticed I that thickness above 1.50 pt show on the screen fine, but any thiner and the thickness does not show inside Openoffice but shoes in print preview.
I have included a screencast so that the problem will be clear to all.
I am using Openoffce 2.4 on Ubuntu 8.04

At 100 DPI 0.05pt is 0.069 pixels (0.05/72*100) and 0.50pt is 0.69 pixels. So you can't see the difference normally. If you set zoom to 500% you should be able to see the difference since it would then take 0.345 pixels and 3.45 pixels for those two line types.
It works like the above at least in openoffice.org 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2.
