open office write table formatting - one more

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

create a document and save it as RTF
create 2-3 tables
resize the tables width
save & close the document
re-open it - nothing has changed
merge a couple of cells in which ever of the tables, or turn an inner border from black to transparent
save & close
re-open it:
- the tables width you set is gone ....

Do you still have this problem with openoffice.org 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu2 in Ubuntu 8.04?
