Bug Description

Binary package hint: devhelp

Please sponsor those 2 fixes for devhelp:

It fixes http://launchpadlibrarian.net/15160556/buildlog_ubuntu-intrepid-i386.devhelp_0.19-1ubuntu3_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz

It also fixes a loop when the package is built twice, caused by a patch updating configure.
in a nutshell, cdbs should call distclean before applying the patches.

looks good. uploading devhelp_0.19-1ubuntu4_source.changes to intrepid to fix FTBFS.

  * fix FTBFS in g_set_error() (LP: #238991)
    - add debian/patches/06_fix_ftbfs_in_g_set_error.patch
  * workaround cdbs unapplying patches before invoking clean
    which is causing a loop because of the xul1.9 patch
    - update debian/rules
