Bug Description
In system setting/keyboard, i selected enable "Bloq Num" on kde start, and then
aply, but it didn't safe the changes. i also tried via kcontrol and got the same
result. I think it may be a bug as it worked on hoary.

I tried to reproduce it using Dapper, and it works fine for me.
