kwalletmanager password request pops under the app requesting access

Bug Description
When an application requests access to the kde wallet, kwalletmanager pops the
password request dialog under the requesting app rather than over it. The dialog
is hidden from the taskbar, so there is nothing to tell the user the request is
being made. The requesting app appear to be locked up and not responsive. The
only way to get to the dialog and enter the password is via the alt+tab key combo.

"me too", I think. I use konqueror in a gnome login (ie using the metacity window manager), and when the wallet prompt comes up it doesn't gain focus; while it appears in front of konqueror you have to click on the dialog before entering your password.
