totem stops after 2-3 seconds when firefox plays an embedded video

Thanks for your bug. What version of totem/ubuntu do you use? Does it stop and
start again (like it waits to download the next part of the video)? Does it
happen on all the video? Do you have an example of url doing that?

totem-xine-firefox-plugin either crashes immediately or tries to start and then crashes on the wmv trailers at
http://www.optusnet.com.au/movies/trailers

Using breezy I was able to play these in totem-xine by reading the source code from the javascript (?) popup produced by the URLs and using them directly in the location dialog for totem-xine, but in dapper the crash is reproducible every time.

Attempting to use totem-gstreamer instead fails as well, with the gstreamer0.10-pitfdll package installed.

Update: the totem-xine plugin works perfectly in the Epiphany browser and the Galeon browser at the same URLs I just gave above - so i surmise there's a problem with Firefox 1.5.03 and this plugin.

Konqueror also works fine.
