Bug Description

Binary package hint: apache2

When accessing 'index.html' via content negotation (eg http://www.example.com/) timefmt is ignored when XBitHack is on. THis is upstream bug https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39369.
