Locate plugin has no error message

Bug Description
If the Locate plugin doesn't have any results to return it displays nothing. This is confusing to the user, and an output message (much like the errors for Gcalc and others) should inform the user there were no results.

locate now provides a nice error message when 0 results are found. Fixed in lp:do-plugins/trunk revno 546
