Bug Description
In KDE 3.5, Kubuntu, it is currently impossible to install new superkaramba themes
from the "Get new stuff" option in SuperKaramba.
Step to reproduce:
1. Run Superkaramba
2. Click on the "New Stuff" button in the "Get New Stuff" option in the Superkaramba
menu.
3. Select "Liquid weather ++"
4. Click Install
Upon doing this, there is an error message saying that the partial
file /tmp/kde-
it asks me to check the permissions.
The theme is not installed. Also, when I try to redo the above to install it, the
"Get New Stuff" display shows that Liquid Weather ++ is already installed, but I
don't see it in the Themes list, and so can't use it, or even reinstall it, or
anything.
hi,
i had the same problem. but i think the main problem is fixed now, because if i breezy- packeges, it fails
want to install new themes, it works. If i want to install e.g. liquid weather,
which i already tried to install with the first kde3.5-
with the same msg, you wrote.
So the big question is, how to fix the 'installed' themes, or maybe is will
work, if you remove the theme and reinstall it. But how do i remove an installed
theme??
