"Date expected" for milestones is improperly precise

Date expected: 1 hour ago
But "one hour ago" is not a date, and the milestone editing page never asks for a time anyway, only a date. This should simply say "today", to not mislead users into believing the milestones are due at 0000 UTC sharp.
