Rename --ec2-name option to --ec2-prefix

Bug Description
To be consistent with the Amazon EC2 AMI command line and other EC2 tools, the vmbuilder --ec2-name option should be renamed to --ec2-prefix
This option specifies the prefix of the AMI manifest file in the S3 bucket.
This name change will reduce confusion for people who currently use EC2 and who want to start using vmbuilder. It will also reduce confusion for users who are new to both vmbuilder and EC2 when they try to compare documentation and tool sets.
