Bug Description
since the last update, evolution shows no longer the trashcan icon in the foldertreeveiw on the left or in the menubar. instead it shows the red circle with the red line (editdelete.svg).
isn't this confusing, since a symbol like this implies 'no way, you can't do that' rather than delete?

From the description these are actually two bugs. One is that evolution and some
other apps are using the wrong gtk icon for trash. They should not use
stock_delete. While in gnome icon theme delete action happens to be a trash,
that metaphor has its issues.
The other bug is that the current edit-delete icon metaphor is not appropriate,
which I happen to kinda agree with. I don't have any better propositions right
now. Making it a trash bin like in git poses problems -- some delete actions
have nothing to do with the trash and we are confusing the user into thinking
so. Adding an arrow doesn't take that problem away.
