FTP uploading corrupts file, probably it's upload in ascii mode

Bug Description
Using the FTP upload option, the png upload is wrong. Appears corrupt, and perhaps FTP option it's not using very well the binary option or it fails with some FTP servers. My ftp server it's pureftpd.
