Bug Description
when we are creating Db from the Openerp 5.0 trunck and put server running then
the template1 of postgres is used by the openerp also after the creation is done and doesn't leave the template1.
so after creating from openerp 5.0 if we want to create Db from 4.2 branch then "source database "template1" is being accessed by other users" comes...
it is not releasing the resource after creating the Db
when we stop the openerp5.0 server and then create Db from 4.2 server then it allow me to create db
