Wireless connection always enabled on startup

Bug Description

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

I have a wifi card in my computer but I use a wired connection. Thus I disable wireless using knetworkmanager. However when I reboot my computer, wireless is enabled again. Shouldn't it be disabled until I enable it manually ?
