Please update beagle search system package in Ubuntu 9.04

The changelog indicates that this is a bugfix-only release. I might as well do this update while fixing bug 332784.

This bug was fixed in the package beagle - 0.3.9-0ubuntu1

    + Link extension to /usr/lib/firefox-addons/extensions, following the
      example of ubufox. Makes firefox actually see the plugin (LP: #245052)

    + Use libgnome-desktop-2's Ubuntu SONAME
  * debian/control:
    + Add gnome-web-photo to Suggests (LP: #49512)
