Bug Description

I found this awesome patch to evolution today

It produces notification messages using the new notification framework in dapper. I think it looks awesome, is there any chance of including this in dapper before the code freeze?

Indeed this would be a handy addition to the evolution package. The only thing that has ever really been a shortcoming for Gnome/Evolution is the lack of anything other than a "beep" that new email has arrived. Ideally there should be a system tray icon like KMail has. If you leave the room and don't hear the beep and come back in, there's no way of knowing that you've missed an email other than habitually clicking on Evolution to check.
