From a quick scan of your debdiff I have found a few issues with your debdiff:

1 - The bottom line of the changelog isnt in the correct format. There should be two spaces between the end of the email address and the start of the date
2 - In the changelog you use either "-" or "*" to indicate the start of a new change. Ideally, all *new* changes should be introduced using a "*" (check the first two lines)
3 - The spanish po's header isn't correct. That will need to be completed before it can be included
4 - I am quite reluctant to upload a new translation at this point in the release cycle (past feature and UI freezes), especially without it being looked over by the projects maintainer (Alberto Milone (tseliot)).

If I am honest, it would be much easier if you let me upload my debdiff that includes all the changes yours includes, but doesn't include the ones I am not happy about uploading. Obviously, I would credit you in part of the changelog and then got in touch with tseliot to talk about translating it etc. to see if translations could be done through Launchpad translations and not through the packaging.

I use 'dch -i' to updated the debian/changelog.

There is two spaces between the end of the email address and the start of the date.

You forgot to use XSBC-Original-Maintainer (update-maintainer script from ubuntu-dev-tools), I fixed it.
