Bug Description

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

Continuation from question #62201 (https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+question/62201).

Patch attached. If no-one has ideas on how to do that better, that just runs intltool-update -p during existing target common-build-arch.

That patch looks correct I think, and is similar to how it is done for other packages that don't create a pot file (eg, transmission). Subscribing sponsors.
