Bug Description

Sometimes you want to just verify that the CDROM is working (because you may have an issue with the install hanging or somesuch) and not necessarily check the whole CD. As it takes around 10 minutes to complete it would be nice to be able to "Esc"ape from the checker and go back to the grub menu.

This bug was fixed in the package cdrom-checker - 1.14ubuntu2

---------------
cdrom-checker (1.14ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * When using our custom menu implementation, tell debconf about any
    preseeded language (LP: #31753).
  * Allow cancelling the check part-way through (LP: #34972).
  * Set Vcs-Bzr for Ubuntu.
