Bug Description
If you don't have LADSPA installed, or the GStreamer ladspa plugin installed, then the Effects button doesn't work.
It would be nicer if jokosher displayed a dialog explaining the user needs to install LADSPA for this feature to work instead of just showing a dialog of effects with no effects available.
