Bug Description

Server revno: 1799
Addons revno: 2334
Client revno: 950

in __terp__.py with (extra addons or community addons)
'certificate': False

in some circumstance, in database certificate field = 'false' and not False.
this fail when update server (certificate field have unique constraint)

Hello Christophe,
I have installed some modules from extra_addons and some developed by module_recorder.
I can install all modules without certificate. i just get a warning message at server prompt.
can you tell me that in which modules you are getting an error?
