gnome-cups-add can take a long time to start up, with no user feedback

Bug Description

On my (2GHz) system, gnome-cups-add takes quite some time (about 7-8 seconds) to start, and during this time there is no feedback to the user. In contrast, when I click on the Evolution icon on my panel, a busy cursor is displayed immediately. Can the same be done easily for gnome-cups-add?

I confirm this bug using dapper 20060415.
On my AMD Athlon XP 1700+ it takes about 9 seconds to start gnome-cups-add.
A busy cursor should be displayed to inform the user he has to wait for a while.

Please don't assign bugs; this field is for the development team to use to
