Bug Description

Please rebuild kwin using the patch from http://bugs.kde.org/124807 It is a really irritating bug, introduced in kde 3.5.2. It has been fixed in svn trunk of kde, but it would be great if we could have it in kubuntu by default. It is not a change that would break stuff like compatibility or anything -- just sets right a mistaken feature.

Works as expected in current Dapper.

Looking at the .diff.gz I dont find any patch that specifically fixes this problem, but I might be wrong. I cant try kubuntu dapper now, since I am not at home.
