When filing a bug, the popup package search should show package descriptions

Bug Description

The popup search widget for finding a binary or source package on which to report a bug redudantly repeats the sp/bp name as a "description" for each item.

BPs shown in this listing should include their description. For SPs, I'll have to ask mpt. (I'd suggest maybe listing the binary packages built from the SP, but am worried about confusing the user with that distinction.)

I suggest:
* For binary packages, the first ~50 characters of their description, followed by … if they're longer.
* For source packages, "source of" followed by the names of the first three binary packages it produces, then … if there are more than three.

Assigned to Kiko since on launchpad-users@ he offered to fix this. :-)

What should we display when there have been no builds of a source package yet (and therefore are unable to divine which binary packages would have been produced)?

I am working on this. Some comments:

- 50 may be too short.
- I can't easily use the entities for the ellipsis, so I'm hoping just dots is okay.
- We have a vocabulary for both source and binary packages, but so far I've managed to make it DWIM.
