language, keyboard, etc lists should load their items before dispalying

Bug Description

At the moment all the listboxes for the keyboard type, language, etc, appear before the items in them are loaded.

This is quite unsightly, the whole page should hide until it finishes loading, preferebly with some kind of spinner.

Trent and Alexandre,
Given recent changes to the way pages are constructed in the installer, I believe this to be fixed. Can you please try the most recent daily Live CD (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/) and let me know if the issue persists or not?
