Bug Description

It would be luverly if there would be .zsync files for ISO images on cdimage.ubuntu.com. According to a quick benchmark, updating an image (desktop, amd64, from 2009-08-01) to the next day's one with rsync downloaded 142744520 bytes of literal data, plus rsync protocol and checksum overhead; zsync downloaded 38583770 bytes, plus the actual .zsync file at 1377725 bytes.

This implies that zsync can be much better at downloading files. It also does not require an rsync server running.

To create a .zsync file, run "zsyncmake foo.iso"
