Bug Description

the acpi command says i'm on battery.

this is a recent dapper. not sure what other info is required.

Thanks for your bug report. Can you attach the information of /proc/acpi/battery/BAT*/* and lshal to the bug report?

I tried updating the bug through email, not sure if it went through. So I'll do it here too.

I didn't have /proc/acpi/battery/BAT*, so i've attached /proc/acpi/battery/C1B*/*

I also didn't have lshal, from memory hal was uninstalled during an upgrade. I've reinstalled it. retested with hal installed, and it still happened.

Sorry for not updating this, it's all fixed. gnome-power-manager works too.
