Binary package hint: arora

If you have an instance of arora running, then try to start another from kickoff/lancelot, it will not start a new one, just flash the old one.

* Add kubuntu_06_new_window.diff
  + When Arora is started with no URL, eg: from the application launcher,
      Arora will open a new window with the home page shown. Behaviour when
      started with a URL remains the same. (LP: #412929)

Thanks for your patch. Unfortunately it no longer applies to the current version of Arora. I'd also like it discussed with upstream before we apply it.
