I do see this in branch fsl-imx51 of ubuntu:ubuntu/ubuntu-karmic.git; debian.fsl-imx51/control.d/flavour-control.stub has:
Package: linux-headers-PKGVER-ABINUM-FLAVOUR
Depends: coreutils | fileutils (>= 4.0), linux-headers-PKGVER-ABINUM, ${shlibs:Depends}

This appears to be an archive issue. Where has the base linux headers package gone? My builds _do_ create linux-headers-2.6.31-100_2.6.31-100.4_all.deb.

apparently no "Arch: all" packages are created from the source.
you are right, i see them in debian/control in the source package too, given that neither the headers nor the doc package actually *need* to be Arch: all, they could as well be armel though ...

Produce just a single, flavour dependent headers package.
