Improve Konqueror defaults for Dapper

Bug Description
Hi,
Please set this as default for Konqueror in Dapper Drake.
In Konqueror go to View => Folder icon reflects contents.
I think its a pleasent improvement and no reason why not to have it.Please put it in it will really improve Kubuntu a little! Thanks

Apparently this fix would increase disk activity significantly and therefore will not be implemented. Thank you for the report!
