Bug Description

0.12.x is stable branch of powersave and only bugfixes are alllowed (all features go to unstable 0.13.x)

This release fixes several bugs (see changelog) and removes some functionality that cannot be considered production quality (device power management, CPU enable/disable).

Our upload includes additional patch to resolve bug 40262 (/etc/init.d/ scripts were called with "status" which is not provided on Debian system).
