Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
The location bar (the bar that contains the path button and, usually, the search field) is missing a bottom border.
This looks okay-ish in the main "Get Free Software" screen, and on an application screen in the "Get Free Software" section, because their colors are so different. But on any other screen -- a department listing, search results, the "In Progress" section, or an application screen in the "Installed Software" section -- it looks bad, because there is no visual reason for the light grey to stop and the white to begin.

This is easy enough to achieve with a gtk.HSeparator.
