qinfo doesn't show bound branch details

Bug Description

On a checkout or bound branch run qinfo.

Result:
No information regarding the bound branch or the fact that the local checkout is infact a checkout.

Recommendation:
Make use of the information that bzr info provides for checkouts.

Regarding the location issue: this may cause problems in the future. It appears to be a problem with my version of PyQt4 UIC (Python User Interface Compiler 4.8.1 for Qt version 4.7.0).

If I get a copy of the qbzr trunk, and do:

    del lib\ui_info.py
    python setup.py build_ui

It should regenerate the ui py file without changing anything. However, if I then run bzr qinfo, I get the attached screenshot.
