Bug Description
Hello,
On 5.0 head (and since 5.0.1 at least), you can see fiscal position templates in the clients following:
Financial Management > Configuration > Financial Accounting > Templates > Fiscal position templates
Still, you can't actually create new fiscal position templates because the field chart_template_id is required but not available in the form view.
This is somewhat inconsistent you can read/try to create fiscal position templates in the UI while you can't actually create new one, even if we all know this is supposed to be done in XML data instead.
