Hp 710 printer won't added

Bug Description

Ubuntu 6.06 LTS Release Candidate,
Dapper-Desktop(live-cd):

printer hp 710c can not added.
it is recognized and I selects the driver and finished.
but it not indicated in the window, system > printers.
thus I can use open office only without printers!

I'm able to add the HP DeskJet 710C with gnome-cups-manager on the final Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 LTS.
Do you run Ubuntu from the live cd or did you install it?

the problem is only with the live CD. (version 6.06)
after the installation everything functions perfectly.

Can you try with the Live CD of Edgy? Are you able to set up your printer there?

I tested with Edgy Eft Beta as live CD:
the printer is added without problems and can be used.
