Bug Description
There is an error in the postinst of moodle:
Creating config file /etc/cron.d/moodle with new version
ln: creating symbolic link `/etc/apache/
dpkg: error processing moodle (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
moodle
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

This is the same bug as 5501, but the difference this time is that this is a fresh install of Ubuntu.
