Bug Description

The TB resolved to open this list when the Developer Membership Board (and list) were created, but it hasn't happened yet.

techboard-historic would be better name probably, otherwise yes this is
perfectly acceptable - as long as we make sure the "old" list isn't
postable-to

The RT ticket has now been resolved. Historic archives are private, but posts from here on in will be archived publicly.
