qannotate: don't filter log of revisions

Bug Description
Currently log in qannotate is "filtered" so it shows only those revisions which are correspond to line origins.
For complex analysis of changes there is important to have full log of changes to the file regardless of line origins.
Please, make it either configurable (checkout in the window will be ok for me) or always full log.
