error charset encoding with man:/ in konqueror

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdelibs

When you use man:/ kioslave in konqueror and a no-US charset (for example, man:/find in french) charset encoding is wrong.

Yes, it's a problem, because manuals in french have non-ASCII characters (é ç à è) and I must change charset encoding to read theses man.

If this is a still an issue can you please give more info. What version of konq. is it you are using with what version of kubuntu/ubuntu are you using?
