Lernid should support other IRC channel prefixes than '#'

Bug Description

Looking at the sample configuration file for Lernid, I can see the following lines:

classroom: jono-test
chat: ubuntu-classroom-chat

This should allow other prefixes than #--while they aren't common or available in most ircds, this seems like a weird design choice.

It also seems weird that, if Lernid were used in an 'About channel' on freenode, you would set classroom: #aboutchannel, when the actual channel is ##aboutchannel.
