This patch is for an old package, not the latest. Feel free to recreate the patch, preferably by creating multiple small patches, each fixing one problem, posted on the corresponding bug reports.

Closing this bug, since I just merged 1.2.2-5, so bug #49290 and bug #37981 should be fixed as well.
