Bug Description

Ubuntu 6.06 desktop i386 CD

the boot henu help page 2 (F2 key)
says "... existing swap partitions ... will be used..."

As I guess it will only use linux swap partitions an not just any, think changing the wording to "... existing linux swap partitions ... will be used..." would be an improvement.

Closing. Since this is not an actual bug, but an improvement that applies to dapper. If you think this is a mistake, you can always re-open the bug request. Thanks.

It applies to feisty (and all following releases, unless the issue is fixed...)

How do I reopen the bug ?

  * Clarify help text about existing swap partitions (LP: #50856).
  * Add oem-config-check to all images.
  * Move to 2.6.22-6 kernels.
