getting Wrong search result in case of search on Many2Many field

Bug Description
getting wrong search results when search on many2many field
for eg.
In Partner few partners record with no Categories assigned in Many2Many field
then i search Partner whose category is "xyzéùàxyz"(not exist in categories) ,
result is Partners with no categories !!!.
result should be empty as none of them having "xyzéùàxyz" category
