Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

Ubuntu Dapper (6.06)
package: evince_0.5.2-0ubuntu3_i386

The program appears to be NOT translated in a catalan system.

After uninstall it, I have downloaded, compiled and installed the version 0.5.2 of source code from http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/evince/0.5/ and it shows translated.

Thanks,
Jordi.

Look at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+lang/ca and search Evince. It seems that there is no person who works on the evince translation. And as far as I know if it's not translated there (in Rosetta) it's also not translated in the official language pack. Somebody should do that otherwise no catalian translation in evince in Ubuntu.

OK, but in the source code, there is the catalan po file translation,
then the problem is between Evince project and Rosseta.
