Bug Description

While trying to report an bug with apport against the eucalyptus package the eucalyptus apport hook is throwing an exception:

ubuntu@cempedak:~$ ubuntu-bug -f --package eucalyptus-cloud --save=apport_hook_fail.apport

We really need to have this fixed, if we want people to report bugs using it.
I'm pretty sure that the suggested branch is non-working.

Verified that ubuntu-bug works in
$ dpkg-query --show eucalyptus-common
