[needs-packaging] qimo-session

Package contains startup scripts for an X session for Qimo, based on the Xubuntu session scripts. Also include a small icon for the Menu. All scripts are licensed under the GPLv2. All images are licensed under the Creative Commons-Attribution-Share Alike.

Qimo 2.0 will be released shortly after Ubuntu 10.04, and will be based on 10.04. We often have requests from existing Ubuntu users, who want to install the Qimo desktop on their existing installation for their kids to use. Edubuntu would also like to include it as an option in their 10.04 release. It would be better to have these packages in the Universe repository, rather than a PPA, for these purposes.

These packages don't conflict with any other packages, nor do any other packages depend on them. They are mostly artwork, configuration files and dependencies on other packages already in the Ubuntu repositories.

This is how the default desktop will look after installing this package and selecting "Qimo Session" from the GDM menu. qimo-session provides the X Session option, Xfce configurations, and the Q icon in the menu button. qimo-games has the dependencies on the games you see in the launcher. qimo-wallpaper provides the background image.

The same type of thing happened with qimo-wallpaper. I don't remember
the packages being in this state on the previous upload, so maybe your
REVU uploader simply made a mistake. Please create a proper source
package and reupload. This does not affect the FFes that have been
granted, but please upload sooner than later.
