Bug Description
The source and binary packages for koffice-l10n provide translations and documentation for an outdated version of KOffice. (We're at KOffice 2.0, koffice-l10n is still at 1.6.3)
Upstream has not released separate l10n tarballs for the 2.x series, so we can't just upgrade it or anything like that.
This might need to be blacklisted from syncs from Debian, since they haven't removed it yet. It's worth removing, though, to prevent confusion when the l10n packages don't work.
