Need some animation on Windows controls

Bug Description

Binary package hint: light-themes

In booth themes, Radiance and Ambience, It's need some animation or something more cool when the mouse it's over theme and when some of the buttons are pressed... I'm using Karmic with the last Murrine Engine...

Also It could be better fix the visual problem in the windows that only have a Close option or Close and minimize options..
