Bug Description

Hi

Trying to create a bucket name with spaces like this :

s3.create_bucket('nuovo vuoto')

produces a server error,
Failure: 500 Internal Server Error, after a timeout wait.

Ok, is an error use spaces in bucket names but a server error is hard to manage due to blocking timeouts.

Eucalyptus will now send back a 400 (instead of a 500) on this type of error. This seems to take of the boto issue:

S3ResponseError: 400 Bad Request
Failure: 400 Bad Request
